Lindsay has many years involvement in the Real Estate industry, having started as a salesperson in Dunedin in 1986.
He worked his way through to a management role before having the opportunity to move to Australia and work for Ray white in a corporate and training role.
During this time he expanded his experience as an auctioneer and developed the unique style that he still uses to good effect today.
On returning to New Zealand, he owned his own Real Estate office under the United Realty / Ray White banner before selling out to focus on auctioning property.
After a long period with LJ Hooker, he is now freelancing as an auctioneer, specialising in the Real Estate market.
Today, as an independent licensed auctioneer, his experience and knowledge is relied on by many leading people. His passion for people also sees him conducting many charity auctions each year where re raises many hundreds of dollars for these people.
Outside of his auction work, Lindsay is the Category Manager for the NZ V8 Ute Series. This is New Zealand's most exciting and spectacular racing series which mirrors the equally spectacular Aussie Series. You will often see Lindsay alongside Clint Brown on Sky Sport promoting and commenting on the series with the same passion and commitment he has to his auction business.
In March 2011, he has changed the company name from Auction Solutions to Harraway Brown. This was a strategic move as it widens the scope for auctioning, training and the development of his auction business.
